Once a week, before applying collage use the body scrub. Always wash the skin with exfoliating pad or scrubber glove or brush first. Next apply a thin layer of Collagen and gently massage into damp skin. Gently pat with your fingertips. Use in areas that require it, where you can see stretch marks, wrinkles, discolorations, such as scars or cellulite. Within minutes it is absorbed almost completely.
When Collagen is absorbed, after about 8-10 minutes, in order to avoid the skin tension you can apply gentle nourishing cream or moisturizer or lotion that does not include: fruit acids, zinc, ceramides and retinol. You can check the ingredients of each product you are using.
Applying a cream that contains one of the above ingredients will cause the collagen to loose its properties and the skin will not produce the desired effects that Collagen would have improved.
